We provide our customers the service they require with the expertise of our deeply experienced service and sales staff.

Service Team

• Staffed out of our 3 primary Wisconsin offices (Milwaukee, Green Bay, Eau Claire), Badger Land’s service technicians are all trained experts on the systems we distribute. Our service team provides customers with custom maintenance programs, focused on maximizing the uptime of the wash equipment. We provide complete outsourced maintenance for some clients, and emergency service for others. Our technical/phone support is free of charge for all of our customers.



• Badger Land service is available 7 days a week and holidays, and we stock parts in all 3 of our offices as well as our service technicians’ vans.

Sales Consultants

• Our equipment sales consultants are skilled and experienced at helping wash operators develop financially successful wash programs. We are experienced at modeling wash programs, advising clients, builders and subcontractors, and overseeing car wash installations. Having installed hundreds of wash systems, we know the critical planning and operational elements behind building wash programs.



• Working as advisors, our sales consultants assist our clients throughout the development of their wash businesses.

Solutions Sales

• Our solution sales team members serve as account managers, providing customers ongoing assistance with their wash programs, providing marketing advice, and monitoring wash quality and chemical usage. Our solutions sales team operates out of our Vehicle Care Solutions (VCS) division.



• We stock all of our solutions in our 3 offices, ensuring availability and prompt delivery Monday through Friday.
